Make us part of your trip to North Wales

We are always happy to have visitors to the workshop where individual travellers or small family groups can watch the glassblobber at it. If you would like to attend one of our special demonstrations and talks please check out our VIP nights. You can find out where we are using Multimap.

IN the winter we will be open from 10am-5pm(ish) with the blobber on the job most of the time! If you especially want to see the blobber doing his stuff please ring.

PLEASE NOTE:
In the winter our opening times are more flexible so please give us a ring before you set off.

Groups:

Coach and other organised groups are welcome by appointment.

Organised groups can watch glass being worked these talks take about three-quarter of an hour and are split into three sections:
1st part is a demonstration of flame glass blowing
2nd part is a demonstration of glass blobbing
3rd part is a demonstration of a 17century Venetian technique of glass lace work.
In between the demonstrations there is information about the glass and history of the Glassblobbery.
We have ground floor seating for up to 50 people, but have had groups a small as 9 people.
The cost of the Demonstration/talk is £2.50 per head

If you are a group organiser we are happy to work in conjunction with other local venues your visitors may find of interest. There is a cafe next door which has plenty of seating and ample toilet facilities. It also has a very large car/coach park at the rear of the building with easy access off the main A494. If you would like your group to use the the cafe please contact Pat on 0781 8444780

Special VIP nights are organised for groups, clubs and other organisations. Some of these are open to independent visitors. (If you are interested in attending one of these events while staying in the area, please ring or e-mail to check if there are any seats available (tickets £2.50 per head. Please note starting times may vary).
