Because of the limited production we can only supply a small number of other outlets.
Our policy is to only supply one shop in a town or area.
Our terms are: (A) UK TRADE customers. (B) Overseas TRADE customers.
(A) UK customers
(I) All goods remain the property of the Glassblobbery until fully paid for.
(II) All orders are C.O.D. Payment can be made by credit card, BACS, Cheques, postal orders, bankers draft or cash (note: please do not send cash through the post.) Please refer to our cash policy statement at the bottom.
(III) Carriage is paid on orders over £250.00
(IV) Any damaged goods must be notified within three working days of receiving delivery. A credit note will be despatched on receipt of the returned items.
(V) In the unlikely event the account remains inactive for six months (after contacting the customer) we reserve the right to supply another customer in the same area.
Because of seasonal variations in trade delivery times vary. We will confirm an approximate delivery date within 48 hours of receiving the order.
(B) Overseas and Non-UK customers
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
(I) All goods remain the property of the Glassblobbery until fully paid for.
(II) All orders are pro-forma. Payment can be made by credit card, bank draft/transfer. We also accept cash using British pounds, Dollars and Euros (note: please do not send cash through the post.) Please refer to our cash policy statement at the bottom
(III) Shipping costs and import duty are the are charged to the customer on the pro-forma invoice
(IV) Any damaged goods must be notified within three working days of receiving delivery. A credit note will be despatched on receipt of the returned items (in the case of credit card payments a the card will be credited).
(V) In the unlikely event the account remains inactive for six months (after contacting the customer) we reserve the right to supply another customer in the same area.

CASH POLICY STATEMENT

The Glassblobbery does not accept single cash payments over £10000.00, Euro15000.00 or $15000.00. This does not include payments by card or cheques for these amounts or higher
